install the v3.2 to a new directory totally.
check in devs:datatypes. clean out all the unknown ones...you may have 3 or
4 jpeg datatypes in there (believe it or not!) one of which V3 might be
trying to use

personally i wouldnt risk that route. all it needs to do is slip out and
you'll have some interesting new "smoke patch" for your Amiga :-(
